March 2018 letter

Welcome to the Stratford and Evesham Methodist Circuit, part of the Birmingham District. I hope that you will find what you are looking for as you search through our pages - each church advertises events or activities that may not be listed under our 'Events' tab. Please visit their page/s to discover more about them.

Our circuit spans three counties of Warwickshire, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire, our places of worship range in size from the large town churches in Stratford and Evesham, to traditional country chapels like those in the Cotswold villages of Mickleton and Willersey.

You can be assured of a warm welcome, not just in these four churches, but from our Methodist friends in Bidford, Broadway, Henley and Welford.

Cluster Service at Stratford Methodist Church
It has been decided that worshippers from Mickleton, Welford, Bidford, Henley and Stratford will gather together to worship, once a quarter at Stratford when there is a fifth Sunday in the month.

Next week's Services

Our Project
Our project for 2016/17 is ‘Restore’ a project which welcomes and engages with refugees seeking sanctuary from persecution.  Please click here for more information.

We are an Eco-Circuit as we believe that we should care for God’s Creation and therefore we have taken steps to become less dependent on carbon fuels.  Evesham and Stratford Churches have both received Eco-Congregation Awards along with Mickleton.  Please click here for more information.
Our December 2017 newsletter (Eco-News) is available here.
A new 'Eco' initiative was launched recently in the form of small laminated business-sized EcoCards.  Please click here for more information.

Have you thought about changing your electricity supplier? We should all consider where our electricity is coming from and its impact on the environment, please click here for more information.
